Planning moved 3 weeks further ahead
I set up routines, naming conventions, clear priorities and new board fields so everyone could see what was moving and why, and I managed the dependencies between artists, animators, tech artists and QA, including a remote team in Ukraine.
Better batching meant fewer builds, which is better for players and for profits. Animation stopped being a bottleneck, so the whole pipeline could do more.
When one of our animators was called up to the Ukrainian army, the plan still held. The buffer we had built absorbed it.

3 tools I built when existing ones fell short
-
Project management helper
Built with Claude Code. QA automations and custom alerts. Replaced a paid tool and saved $10K a year.
-
Content catalog
Asset configs used to mean downloading a JSON file. Now they live in a visual portal you can search and filter. Saves hours every week.
-
Player-feedback report
A daily email of support feedback for senior and product managers, with an AI chat for questions in plain language. It helped us catch a production bug.
02Some of the things I do
1,000+ players on a geography game I designed
Live Hebrew mobile mini-games about Israeli geography, built on official CBS data for 984 towns.
Turns 3 data sources into a ranked daily plan
Personal health analytics app. Merges Garmin, Apple Health, and lab data, measures what drives next-day recovery, and ranks daily recommendations.
Built to be found by Google and by AI answers
Website for a family photo-scanning business that turns local search traffic into WhatsApp and phone leads. Traffic and leads grew 30%, and it brought in the business's first leads from AI answers.
